Invites do not work

Check three things in order: the invitation is still pending, the team has a free seat, and the person opens the link while signed out or with the right account. An invitation can be revoked or can expire, and a new one fixes both.

The link says it is not valid

The invitation was revoked or has expired. In Teams, pending invitations show their expiry date. Revoke the old one if needed and send a new one. See Invites and members.

The invite fails with “seat limit”

The team has used all its seats. Live invitations reserve seats too, so revoke ones that are no longer needed or request more seats.

The person cannot find the invitation

If you invited an existing account by username, they see it under “Invitations for you” in their Teams tab. If you invited an email address, send them the link by copy: Nubo does not guarantee an email.

The Help Desk or Wiki invite link fails

Agent and Wiki space invite links check the seat when the link is used. If your organization is full the link is refused. Free a seat and use the link again. A Wiki invite for people outside your teams by email is switched off by default.

The person joined but cannot see a project

Projects are shared as files with editor access when you pick a colleague in Members. The colleague must be in a Home team with you. Removing someone from a board does not remove them from the team.
