Backgammon

Play backgammon against the computer, a friend on one device, or online with agreed dice, an optional doubling cube and clocks.

A complete backgammon table in the browser for casual players. Play the computer, a second player on the same screen or an invited friend, and turn the doubling cube on when you want the stakes to rise.

Where do I open Backgammon?

Open Backgammon at https://backgammon.nubosuite.tech or from the Apps tab in Nubo Home. You sign in once with your Nubo account for every app; see Create an account and sign in.

What can Backgammon do?

  • Agreed dice. Online, the dice are agreed between both players.
  • Doubling cube. Off by default, and a setting when you want it.
  • Pip counts. Shown on the board as you play.
  • Three levels. Easy, Medium or Hard computer.

No one throws the dice alone

In an online game the dice are agreed between the two players rather than thrown by either of them. Invite a friend by code or link, with resign and rematch.

Cube or no cube, you choose

With the cube on, gammons and backgammons are scored against it and a running total is kept for the sitting. With it off, games score 1, 2 or 3.
