Where do I open Time?
Open Time at https://time.nubosuite.tech or from the Apps tab in Nubo Home. You sign in once with your Nubo account for every app; see Create an account and sign in.
What can Time do?
- One-tap timer. Survives reloads and can be edited while running.
- Weekly grid. Fill in a whole week with projects down and days across.
- Rates that cascade. Entry, then project, then client, then your default.
- Unbilled totals. Per client, aged, and ready to invoice.
Fast to log, hard to forget
Smart parsing accepts 1:30, 90m or 1.5h. Safeguards nudge you when you forgot to stop or to start, and double-booked days get a gentle warning.
Hours to invoice, with the rate locked
Mark entries as invoiced in bulk and the rate is locked. Add fixed fees, expenses and discounts, then print an invoice and the timesheet behind it.
See a project drifting
Set project budgets and monthly retainers, with progress bars and threshold warnings. Reports group by client, project or task over any dates.

Common questions about Time
Can I import my existing time entries?
Yes. Toggl, Clockify and Harvest CSV exports import, with clock times, and importing the same file twice does not duplicate entries.
Will changing a rate alter past invoices?
No. Rates are locked when entries are marked invoiced, and logo and payment details are snapshotted per invoice.
Does it work without a connection?
Yes. Entries are written locally and synced when you reconnect.
