Where do I open Contracts?
Open Contracts at https://contracts.nubosuite.tech or from the Apps tab in Nubo Home. You sign in once with your Nubo account for every app; see Create an account and sign in.
What can Contracts do?
- Contract book. Type, counterparty, value, term, tags and notes.
- Renewals view. Everything grouped by urgency.
- Obligations. Payments, deliverables and notices with owners and due dates.
- Calendar deadlines. Download an .ics with reminders before each date.
Decide before the notice window closes
Auto-renewing terms roll forward and notice periods give a cancel-or-renegotiate-by date. Record your decision, notice given, renewing, not renewing or snooze, and it leaves the attention list.
Pull duties out of the text
Paste contract text and AI suggests obligations. You review every suggestion before it is saved. Monthly or annual duties are one record with one live due date.
Read the signed copy in place
Attach agreements and amendments and open PDFs, images or text inside the app. People and companies are linked both ways.
What else is in Contracts?
- Subscribable feed. Publish deadlines as a calendar feed from your own files.
- Per-currency totals. Values are grouped by currency, not silently added.
- CSV import. Map columns and preview rows before they are saved.
- Trash. Deleted items wait 30 days for restore.
- Backup and restore. Restore a JSON export as a real backup.
- Search and filter. Across type, counterparty, tags and notes.

Common questions about Contracts
Is the AI suggestion final?
No. Suggested obligations are only saved after you review them.
Can I get reminders outside the app?
Download an .ics file or subscribe to the published feed in your calendar app.
Can it send contracts for signature?
Contracts stores and tracks agreements. To collect signatures, upload the PDF to Sign.
