Release notes

Nubo Suite does not have numbered releases. It is deployed continuously, so these notes group notable changes by date from the project’s commit history. Each entry is a change that is visible in the repository; nothing here is a plan.

October 2026

25 October

• Wiki. Public read-only links, scheduling a page to publish later, Include page and Child pages blocks, and email invites for people outside your teams (allow-listed and capped; off by default).
• Teams (chat). Polls, messages to yourself, voice and video clips, and starting a meeting from the composer.
• Meet. Live captions, saving the chat as a text file, steadier calls on phones, lighter big calls, and a readable strip with a “+N” tile while someone shares their screen.
• Platform. Seats are checked everywhere a person can be added; AI capabilities are reported so apps hide what does not exist; a worker is redeployed when its file is written.
• Apps. A team CRM with owners and a shared folder; Help Desk turns mail to a verified support address into tickets; “Create from this email” works for tasks, tickets, leads, deals and notes; many small fixes for features that looked finished but were not (the list is in the dead-feature audit).
• Projects. The Calendar tab was rebuilt so it is usable.

24 October

• Projects. Activity log, watchers, workflow, automation, sprints, calendar, and an overdue trigger with burndown.
• Notifications. An opt-in daily summary email and a switch to turn app mail off.
• Wiki. Folders, table of contents, labels, watching, restrictions, page status badges with a status: search, and page templates; mentions and share-by-name notices.

22 and 23 October

• Write, Sheets, Slides. Export now downloads to your device, a new file asks where to save, and links in Write open with a plain click. Several rounds of review fixes for opening complex Office files.

21 October

• PDF, Sheets, Slides, Write. Review fixes in each.
• Wiki. Multi-line quotes keep every line in Markdown export.
• Accounts. A password reset fallback was added for sign-ups whose email was not verified (an admin alert and an admin-issued code).

18 October

• Accounts. Sign-up now requires a first and last name, used across the platform.
