An address book for individuals and small teams. Keep people, companies and details together, find anyone as you type, and let Calendar suggest guests from the same list when you invite people.

Where do I open Contacts?

Open Contacts at https://contacts.nubosuite.tech or from the Apps tab in Nubo Home. You sign in once with your Nubo account for every app; see Create an account and sign in.

What can Contacts do?

• Instant search. Looks across every field as you type.
• Smart add. Paste a signature or card text and review the contact it builds.
• vCard files. Import and export .vcf, or drop one onto the app.
• Tags and favorites. Filter down to the people you use most.

More than a name and a number

Store several emails, phones, links and addresses per person, plus company, job title, birthday, notes and tags. The list is sorted A to Z or by recent changes.

Paste the signature, skip the typing

Drop in an email signature or the text from a business card. Nubo AI extracts the fields into a contact for you to check before saving.

Bring your address book along

Import a .vcf (vCard 3.0) file exported from Google or Apple Contacts, or export your own list in the same format.

What else is in Contacts?

• Calendar link. Add a birthday to Calendar as a yearly event and see what is coming up.
• Guest suggestions. Calendar can read your contacts to suggest people when you invite guests.
• A to Z sections. Jump through the list by letter, sorted by first or last name.
• Right-click menus. Edit, favorite or delete from a context menu.
• Keyboard. Press / to search, n for a new contact, arrows to move through the list.
• Light and dark. Follows your system theme and remembers your choice.

Common questions about Contacts

Will my phone contacts show up here?

Not automatically. Contacts live in your Nubo account and open on any device you sign in on. Export your phone contacts as .vcf and import them here.

Which apps can read my contacts?

Only apps Nubo allows. Calendar may read them to suggest guests, and cannot change them.

Is smart add always right?

It proposes a contact and you review it before saving.
