Where do I open Field service?
Open Field service at https://fieldservice.nubosuite.tech or from the Apps tab in Nubo Home. You sign in once with your Nubo account for every app; see Create an account and sign in.
What can Field service do?
- Request to invoice. Convert a request to a quote or job in one click.
- Crew calendar. A column per team member, drag visits to reschedule.
- Recurring jobs. Daily, weekly, monthly or yearly visits.
- Crew sign-in. Staff join by invite with their own Nubo account.

Pull line items from your products and services catalog, add optional extras, discounts, tax and a deposit. Email the quote from the app or save it as a PDF.
See who is where, today
Day, week, month and list views, with unscheduled jobs waiting in a side panel. Drag a visit to a new time or person, resize it, and undo if you slip.
Invoice a whole job or a single visit
Invoices carry terms, a due date and payment history, moving from draft to paid or past due. Record payments by method and export them to CSV.
What else is in Field service?
- Client pages. Several properties, phones and emails per client, with work history and a running balance.
- Timesheets. Clock in and out against a job, then export hours for payroll.
- Expenses. Attach receipt photos, link costs to jobs and track reimbursements.
- Reports. Receivables aging, quote win rate, revenue by service and top clients.
- Photos and files. Attach them to clients, requests, quotes and jobs.
- Search. Press Ctrl+K to jump to any client, job, quote or invoice.

Common questions about Field service
Can my crew sign in too?
Yes. The owner invites office staff and field crew with single-use links, and each person signs in with their own Nubo account.
Does it handle repeat customers on a schedule?
Yes. Jobs can repeat daily, weekly on chosen days, monthly or yearly, ending after a set number of visits or on a date.
Can I back up my data?
Yes. Backup and restore as JSON is in Settings, along with sample data to try things out first.
