What we do not claim
Nubo holds no SOC 2, ISO 27001 or GDPR certification, offers no end-to-end encryption and no public status page. This page says so plainly.
We list a certification only when we hold it, and today we hold none. We do not claim end-to-end encryption, a contractual uptime commitment or a public status page. We publish our practices and answer security questionnaires instead.
Which standards do you hold?

Is there an uptime guarantee?
No. Unless agreed in writing, there is no uptime commitment or service credit, and there is no public status page. Write to support@nubo.email if something looks wrong.
Can I ask for a security review?
Yes. Use the form in the trust center or write to support@nubo.email for a security questionnaire or a document that is not listed.
