Where do I open Hiring?
Open Hiring at https://hiring.nubosuite.tech or from the Apps tab in Nubo Home. You sign in once with your Nubo account for every app; see Create an account and sign in.
What can Hiring do?
- Jobs. Draft, open and closed, each with its own page and link.
- Pipeline. Kanban from Applied to Hired with bulk actions.
- Scorecards. Four rated dimensions and a recommendation.
- Onboarding. A checklist stamped on the new hire.
Every candidate, one board
Drag candidates between stages, filter by job or tag, search, and archive the ones who withdrew. Profiles keep notes, source and a timeline of every contact.
Schedule without the back and forth
Phone, video or onsite, with panel lists and double-booking warnings. Propose two to four slots suggested from open windows in your week.
Close the loop
Offers move from draft to sent to signed, with expiry warnings and a generated letter. Recording a signature hires the candidate and starts their checklist.

Common questions about Hiring
Can candidates apply through a public page?
Yes. Each job can be published as a public page with an application form, and applications arrive by email, ready to import.
Does it send emails for me?
It opens email drafts and logs them on the candidate; mark them sent when you have.
Can I restore a rejected candidate?
Yes. Archived candidates can be restored at any time.
