Apps

A guide to each family of Nubo apps and a page for each of the 51 apps, with what it does and what its limits are.

Nubo Suite has 51 apps in seven families. Open any app from the Apps tab in Nubo Home or at its own address, for example mail.nubosuite.tech.

Where is the file manager?

Files, Shared and Team Drive are tabs in Nubo Home rather than separate apps. See Files and storage and Team drive.

Where are my Drive, Docs, Sheets and Photos?

Nubo names them differently. Write is documents, Sheets is spreadsheets, Slides is presentations, Files in Home is the drive, and Photos is the image editor.

What does “early” mean on an app page?

Some app pages say the app is in early alpha or early development (for example Help Desk and Records). Try them before you depend on them. A launch status for these apps has not been published yet.

Do all apps have the same limits?

No. Each app page lists the limits that apply. Two limits hold across the suite: reminders and recurring items run only while the app is open, and AI is text only.
