Calendar
A calendar with month, week, day and agenda views, recurring events, emailed invitations with RSVP, reminders and one-click video links.
A calendar for individuals and teams. Plan the week, invite people by email and see their replies on the event. Events live in a standard calendar that phones and Outlook can sync with, so one calendar serves every device.
Where do I open Calendar?
Open Calendar at https://calendar.nubosuite.tech or from the Apps tab in Nubo Home. You sign in once with your Nubo account for every app; see Create an account and sign in.
What can Calendar do?
- Four views. Month, week, day and a grouped agenda list.
- Invitations. Guests are invited by email and replies come back to you.
- Phone sync. Events live in a standard calendar that phones and Outlook sync with.
- Video links. One click adds a Nubo Meet link to an event.
Drag it, resize it, done
Events that overlap sit side by side. Click a time slot to create, drag an event to reschedule, or pull its edge to change the length in quarter-hour steps.
Invite people and see who is coming
Add guests when you save an event and invitations go out by email. Invitations you receive appear in the calendar with Yes, No and Maybe on the details card.
A call link on every event
Add a Nubo Meet link in the editor and it shows as Join meeting on the event. The link never expires, so one link covers a whole recurring series.
What else is in Calendar?
- Recurring events. Daily to yearly or custom, and edit one, this and following, or all.
- Reminders. Add notify-me-before reminders to a timed event. They alert while Calendar is open; your phone calendar alerts when it is closed.
- Search. Press ⌘/Ctrl-K to find events by title, location or description.
- Public holidays. Pick a country and holidays appear as a quiet read-only layer.
- Import and export. Back up everything to an iCalendar .ics or JSON file.
- Guest suggestions. Typing a guest name suggests people from your address book.
Which apps does Calendar work with?
Calendar works with Meet, Contacts, Mail, Teams, Projects, Tasks. Apps in one team share the same people and the same team drive; see Teams and sharing.
Common questions about Calendar
Does it sync with my phone?
Yes. Events live in a standard calendar that phones and Outlook can sync with.
Can I bring in an existing calendar?
Yes. Import an iCalendar .ics file or a JSON backup.
Can people book time with me through a link?
Not yet. Booking links are not available in this version. You can add a Nubo Meet video link to any event and invite guests by email.
