Where do I open CAD?
Open CAD at https://cad.nubosuite.tech or from the Apps tab in Nubo Home. You sign in once with your Nubo account for every app; see Create an account and sign in.
What can CAD do?
- Command line. Autocomplete, repeat and coordinates such as @dx,dy.
- Object snaps. Endpoint, midpoint, center, tangent, intersection and more.
- DXF in and out. Read and write R2000 ASCII DXF files.
- Plot to PDF. Standard paper sizes, fit or to scale, with preview.
Enter exactly what you mean
Type absolute, relative or polar coordinates, lock angles, and use polar tracking and ortho. Lines, polylines, arcs, circles, splines and rectangles come with fillets or exact dimensions.
Change geometry without redrawing
Move, copy, rotate, mirror, offset, trim, extend, fillet and chamfer. Select by window or crossing, or by property, and stretch with grips.
Annotate and organize for issue
Add linear, aligned, angular, radius, diameter and ordinate dimensions, leaders and multiline text. Hatch closed areas, manage layers and reuse blocks.
What else is in CAD?
- Layers. Color, linetype, lineweight, transparency, freeze and lock per layer.
- Blocks. Create, insert with scale and rotation, browse thumbnails and purge unused ones.
- Properties. Edit shared properties and polyline vertices of a selection.
- Architectural units. Feet-and-inch and fractional input.
- Touch support. Tap to pick, drag to pan, pinch to zoom.

Which file formats are supported?
Native .cad files, DXF import and export, and export to SVG, PNG and PDF.
Is it ready for real projects?
It is an early alpha. Features may change and drawings could be lost, so keep copies of important work.
Can I try it without signing in?
Yes. Everything except cloud files works without an account.
