The workspace: Nubo Home

Nubo Home is the dashboard where you launch apps, manage files, teams, security and notifications. This page lists each tab.

Nubo Home at home.nubosuite.tech is your workspace. It has a left sidebar with the tabs below, and every Nubo app opens from it.

What are the tabs?

Tab What it is for
Home A greeting, quick launch for your apps, your usage, your teams, shortcuts, and a text chat assistant called Vikasit AI.
Apps All 51 apps with search.
Files Your own files and folders: upload, create folders, download. See Files and storage.
Shared Files shared with you, files you shared, and public links you created. See Sharing files.
Team Drive The drive your team owns. See Team drive.
Teams Create a team, invite people, set roles, add a custom domain, require two-step verification. See Teams and sharing.
Automations Rules that do something in one app when something happens in another. Owners and admins only.
Usage Storage, mailbox and daily AI use against your plan.
Account Your profile, shown in every app, and the delete-account option.
Security Recovery email, password, two-step verification, passkeys, sessions and alerts. See Create an account and sign in.
Notification settings What reaches your phone or computer when you are not in Nubo, quiet hours and devices.
Billing Compares plans and lets you request an upgrade. We contact you to complete it.

A bell icon opens your notifications.

How do I open an app?

Open the Apps tab and choose the app, or go straight to its address, for example https://sheets.nubosuite.tech. Inside an app, a button takes you back to Home and a launcher lists the other apps.

What do the notifications cover?

Notifications arrive in the app, as browser push if you allow it, and by email where an app sends it. Each type can be switched off, and quiet hours are respected for pushes. See Notifications if they do not arrive.

What are Automations?

Automations connect apps with rules, for example “when an invoice is issued, post it to accounting”. Rules fire only while the target app is open; see Reminders and recurring items.
