Files and storage
Where your files are saved, how much space each plan includes, and how to upload, download and share files from Nubo Home.
Everything you save in a Nubo app is stored in your account’s files, and the space counts against your plan’s storage. Free has 5 GB, Pro 100 GB and Business 1 TB, and you can add more in blocks of 100 GB.
Where are my files?
Your files belong to your account. You can see them in the Files tab of Nubo Home. Most apps save one file per document or project, so the file you work on is also the file you share. Other people see a file only if you share it with them or if it sits in a team drive. See Sharing files.
How much storage do I have?
| Plan | Storage | Mailbox | Daily AI chat requests |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 5 GB | 2 GB | 50 |
| Pro | 100 GB | 20 GB | 1,000 |
| Business | 1 TB | 50 GB | 10,000 |
Extra storage can be added in 100 GB blocks. The Usage tab shows what uses your space. Prices are on the pricing page.
What happens when I run out of space?
Writes fail with a “storage limit reached” message. Free up space in the Usage and Files tabs or request an upgrade.
How big can an attachment be?
In Mail, attachments can total up to 18 MB per message. Other apps have their own file limits; the PDF app, for example, handles files up to 100 MB and 1,000 pages.
Can I export all my data at once?
There is no single “export everything” button yet. Each app exports its own data: files download as they are, mail as .eml, contacts as .vcf, calendars as .ics, and the business apps as CSV or JSON.
Is there a trash?
Team drive deletions go to a team trash for 30 days by default. For your own files, check the app you deleted from; there is no account-wide trash documented yet.
