Open Property at https://property.nubosuite.tech or from the Apps tab in Nubo Home. You sign in once with your Nubo account for every app; see Create an account and sign in.

Yes. Properties record rental owners with ownership percentages, and each owner gets statements, contributions and distributions.
Can my staff work in the same company?
Yes. The owner invites staff with single-use links and each signs in with their own Nubo account.
How are emails to tenants sent?
Compose from templates, then open the message in your email app or copy it. Every message is kept in the communication log.
