Where do I open Invoices?
Open Invoices at https://invoices.nubosuite.tech or from the Apps tab in Nubo Home. You sign in once with your Nubo account for every app; see Create an account and sign in.
What can Invoices do?
- Estimates to invoices. Convert an accepted quote in one tap.
- Recurring invoices. Retainers draft themselves weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly.
- Payment reminders. Wording that fits how late it is, logged on the invoice.
- Aging report. Outstanding by age, from not yet due to 90 days and over.
Status that works itself out
Paid, partly paid and overdue come from the payments you record and the due date, so there is nothing to keep in sync by hand.
Email it, share it, collect online
Review the message, then send the invoice as a PDF. Or publish an unlisted page with Pay and Download PDF buttons and a pay-online link pre-filled with the balance.
Bill in any currency
Record what a foreign payment was worth in your currency that day. Reports add a consolidated total and say which documents had no rate.
What else is in Invoices?
- Installments. Split an invoice into dated parts that payments fill in order.
- Refunds and receipts. Numbered receipts, and refunds capped at what was paid.
- Write-offs. Give up on an unpaid invoice and see what it cost you.
- Tax and GST. Tax ID and named taxes such as CGST and SGST print on the PDF. Type HSN or SAC codes in the line description.
- Branding. A logo and accent colour on every document and statement.
- Client statements. Each client has a history page and a printable statement.

Common questions about Invoices
Can I import existing clients and invoices?
Yes. Import a CSV, map the columns and review what will be created or skipped before anything is written.
Can it feed my bookkeeping?
Every recorded payment can be exported as income rows in a CSV for the Accounting app’s import.
Which online payment options are supported?
A PayPal.me handle or any checkout link you provide, filled in with the invoice amount. Invoices does not take payments itself, and it has no UPI QR code.
