Where do I open Fleet?
Open Fleet at https://fleet.nubosuite.tech or from the Apps tab in Nubo Home. You sign in once with your Nubo account for every app; see Create an account and sign in.
What can Fleet do?
- Attention dashboard. Overdue issues, reminders, renewals and failed inspections.
- Phone inspections. Large Pass and Fail buttons, photos and a signature pad.
- Service reminders. Repeat by time, by meter, or whichever comes first.
- Driver access. Drivers can submit inspections, fuel and issues only.
Failed items become issues automatically
Build your own inspection forms, then run them from a phone. Each failed item opens an issue, and schedules show which vehicles are overdue.
Define a program once, apply it everywhere
Set a maintenance schedule such as light duty service and apply it to many vehicles. Reminders stay in sync when you change the program.
Work orders that close the loop
Add labor, outside vendors and parts from inventory. Completing one adds to service history, resolves linked issues and takes parts out of stock.
What else is in Fleet?
- VIN checks. VIN check-digit validation and model year detection.
- Fuel and EV charging. Enter any two of volume, price and total and the third is worked out.
- Meter history. Warns when a reading goes backwards or jumps suspiciously.
- Renewals. Registration, insurance, emissions tests, licenses and medical cards.
- Parts and purchase orders. Stock by location, reorder points and partial receipts.
- Cost reports. Total cost of ownership, utilization and maintenance compliance.

Common questions about Fleet
Can I import my existing vehicle list?
Yes. The vehicle list imports and exports CSV.
Can drivers use it?
Yes. Drivers are invited with single-use links and can only submit inspections, fuel, meter readings and issues.
Does it support metric units?
Yes. Metric fleets get fuel economy in litres per 100 km.
