Industry apps
Field Service, Fleet, Property, Childcare and Legal: practice apps for specific kinds of business.
The Industry family has apps for field service teams, fleets, property managers, childcare centres and legal practices. Each is a self-contained app with its own records.
Which apps are in this family?
| App | What it does |
|---|---|
| Field service | Run a service business from requests and quotes to scheduled visits, invoices and payments, with a crew calendar and timesheets in one app. |
| Fleet | Track vehicles and equipment: inspections, service reminders, work orders, fuel and parts, with reports on what each vehicle costs to run. |
| Property | Manage rental properties, tenants and leases with automatic rent charges, double-entry books, maintenance work orders and owner statements. |
| Childcare | Check-in, daily reports, parent messaging, menus and tuition billing for childcare centers, preschools and family daycares. |
| Legal | Practice management for solo lawyers and small firms: matters, time, bills, trust accounting, conflict checks, deadlines and documents. |
What are the limits?
- Property: sending an email from inside the app needs a deployed email worker, which is not confirmed in production. The app opens your email program or lets you copy the text, and keeps a log. “Mark as available” replaces the old “List unit for rent” label.
- Legal: the app does not claim compliance with any bar’s trust-account rules.
- Reminders in these apps run only while the app is open.
