What AI features exist

Nubo's assistants answer in text only. Pictures, video, voices, captions and receipt reading from AI are not available.

The AI in Nubo Suite is a text chat assistant. It can summarize, draft and extract text when you ask. AI that makes images, video or voices, transcribes speech, or reads text from pictures is not built, and the apps hide those buttons.

What can the assistant do?

Several apps have an assistant that works with text, for example Help Desk (summaries and reply drafts on request), Contacts (turn a pasted email signature into a contact), Contracts (suggest obligations from pasted text, which you review), Surveys (a first draft to edit) and Home (a chat box). You always review the result before it is saved.

What is not available?

  • AI picture generation and editing.
  • AI video, voice-over and dubbing.
  • Speech to text and automatic captions generated by AI.
  • Reading a receipt or scan with AI. (The PDF app has separate on-device OCR for English; see PDF.)

Where a page elsewhere in these docs mentions captions or recognition, it means features you do by hand or that run on your device.

How many requests do I get?

The Free plan allows 50 AI chat requests a day, Pro 1,000 and Business 10,000. See Plans and seats.

Which model answers?

One text model serves every request, whatever an app asks for. Pickers for choosing a model were removed. A request that includes an image or a document attachment is refused unless a vision model is configured, and none is today.

Where does my text go?

Requests are sent to our AI provider, DeepInfra, with the messages and no name or account details. DeepInfra’s processing location and retention terms are not yet confirmed; see Sub-processors. We do not use your content to train AI models.
