Business apps

CRM, Invoices, Accounting, Expenses, Inventory, POS, Contracts, Cap Table and Hiring: what they do, how they connect, and their limits.

The Business family runs the commercial side of a company: customers, invoices, books, expenses, stock, sales at the counter, contracts, equity and hiring.

Which apps are in this family?

App What it does
CRM A sales pipeline for founders who sell for themselves: leads, companies, deal stages, follow-ups, meeting history and forecasts in one place.
Invoices Create estimates, invoices, recurring bills, receipts and payment links. Send them as PDFs, chase late payers and see who owes you what.
Accounting Double-entry bookkeeping for small businesses: invoices, bills, bank reconciliation, sales tax and the financial reports an accountant expects.
Expenses Attach receipt photos to expenses, bundle them into reports for approval, and match them against card or bank statements.
Inventory Track products and stock across locations with barcodes, low-stock alerts, supplier orders, stocktakes and margin reports.
Point of sale A tap-first register for small shops with checkout, receipts, refunds, split payments, loyalty cards, cash drawer close and sales reports.
Contracts Keep every agreement in one book, track renewal and notice dates, list obligations and read signed documents without downloading them.
Cap table Manage ownership, option grants, share classes and funding rounds. Model dilution and exits, and keep a permanent history of every change.
Hiring Post jobs, move candidates through a pipeline, schedule interviews, collect scorecards, send offers and start onboarding in one applicant tracker.

How do they work together?

  • Invoices to Accounting. Issued invoices can be posted to Accounting, and payments can be exported as income rows in a CSV for the Accounting import.
  • POS and Inventory. POS sales update stock in Inventory.
  • CRM for a team. By default each person has their own CRM. An administrator can make it the team CRM in the CRM settings; the data is copied into a shared folder and the chosen colleagues get editor access. Records merge by id, so two people can work at once.
  • Mail. From Mail you can create a CRM lead or deal from a message.

What are the limits?

  • Updates between apps (Invoices to Accounting, POS to Inventory) are applied when the target app is open, so books and stock can update late. Accounting and Inventory settings say so.
  • Invoices has no HSN/SAC field, no place-of-supply field, no e-invoice (IRN/QR) and no UPI QR. The GST invoice guidance on nubosuite.tech is general information, not tax advice.
  • Records, Help Desk and several newer apps are early; their pages say so.
  • Reading a receipt with AI is not available; you enter expense details yourself.
