Where do I open Childcare?
Open Childcare at https://childcare.nubosuite.tech or from the Apps tab in Nubo Home. You sign in once with your Nubo account for every app; see Create an account and sign in.
What can Childcare do?
- Live ratios. Staff-to-child ratios for every room, right now.
- Door kiosk. A tablet where families check in with a 4-digit PIN.
- Daily reports. Meals, naps, diapers and photos, ready to print.
- Works offline. Syncs when the connection returns.
Log a whole room in one go
Pick children or a room and record a meal, nap, diaper, mood, health check, medication or incident for all of them. Meal entries prefill from the weekly menu.
Pickups and allergies stay in view
Check-out asks who is collecting from the approved list and flags anyone else. Allergy warnings follow the child across the app.
Parents see only their own children
Families sign in with their own Nubo accounts to see status, reports, photos, messages, menus and statements. They can report an absence.
What else is in Childcare?
- Messaging. One conversation per child, plus announcements to chosen rooms.
- Tuition billing. Weekly or monthly plans, and billing runs that never double-bill a period.
- Menus. Edit the week, copy the last one, print it.
- Calendar. Events, closures and birthdays, exportable as an .ics file.
- Staff time. Clock staff into rooms and track certification expiry.
- Reports. Sign-in sheets, immunizations, allergies, incidents and balances.

Common questions about Childcare
Can I bring in my roster?
Yes. The children roster imports and exports as CSV.
Can I try it with sample data?
Yes. A demo center runs without signing in, as the director or as a family. Nothing is saved.
Can I turn off family access?
Yes. The director enables staff and family access, and each family feature can be switched off in Settings.
