Email for your team with conversation threads, undo send, rich-text composing and signatures, sending from your own @nubo.email address.
Business email for individuals and teams at your own @nubo.email address. Mail groups replies into conversations, holds a message briefly so you can undo it, and shows calendar invitations right above the text.
Where do I open Mail?
Open Mail at https://mail.nubosuite.tech or from the Apps tab in Nubo Home. You sign in once with your Nubo account for every app; see Create an account and sign in.
What can Mail do?
- Conversations. One row per thread, oldest to newest when you open it.
- Undo send. Hold a message for 5, 10, 20 or 30 seconds before it goes.
- Safe by default. Remote images stay blocked until you allow them.
- Keyboard first. Compose, search and move through threads without the mouse.
Threads you can follow at a glance
Each conversation is a single row with its participants and message count. Open it and the newest and unread messages are expanded while long quoted replies fold away.
Write it, check it, take it back
To and Cc hold one chip per address, and suggestions favour people you have written to. Format text, attach files from your device or Nubo files, and press Undo within the hold time you chose.
Meeting invites read like cards
An invitation in a message shows the title, time in the sender’s time zone, location, organizer and guests above the body, so you see the event before you reply.
What else is in Mail?
- Signature. Set it once in Settings and it is added to new messages, replies and forwards.
- Drafts. Autosaved while you type, with attachments, and reopened where you stopped.
- Unsubscribe. A one-step unsubscribe sits beside the sender of a mailing list message.
- Folders. Inbox, Starred, Sent, Archive and Trash, with read and starred state following you across devices.
- Bulk actions. Tick rows, or the whole folder, to archive, delete or mark as read at once.
- Link check. When a link’s text disagrees with where it goes, the real address is shown.

Common questions about Mail
Which address do I send from?
Your @nubo.email address. Mail sends as that address and shows it in the composer.
Is there a Bcc field?
No. Every recipient receives identical bytes, so a Bcc header could not stay hidden. Mail leaves it out rather than offer a field that is not truly blind.
How big can attachments be?
Up to 18 MB in total per message. The limit is checked before sending.
