Invites and members
How to invite someone to your Nubo team by username or email, copy or revoke the invitation link, and manage members.
To invite someone, open the Teams tab, enter their username or email address, choose a role and select Invite. Nubo creates an invitation link that you can copy and send. The invitation reserves one seat until it is accepted, revoked or expires.
How do I invite a person?
- In Teams, type a username or an email address in the invite box.
- Choose Member, or Admin if you are the owner.
- Select Invite. The invitation appears under pending invitations with its expiry date.
- Choose Copy link and send it, or let the person find it: if they already have a Nubo account, “Invitations for you” shows it in their Teams tab with a Join button.
What does the invited person do?
They open the link, give their first and last name and finish sign-up, or sign in and choose Join. If the team has its own domain, the sign-up form shows their work address and asks for that mailbox’s password. See Create an account and sign in.
How do I cancel an invitation?
Choose Revoke beside the pending invitation. Anyone who has the link can no longer use it, and the seat is freed.
What if the invite fails?
- “Seat limit” (error 402): the team has used all seats. See Plans and seats.
- The link does nothing or says it is not valid: it was revoked or has expired. Send a new one. See Troubleshooting invites.
How do I remove or disable a member?
Beside a member, an owner or admin can choose Remove. A disabled member keeps their data but frees the seat; turning them back on needs a free seat. Removing someone takes effect at once for team drive access, because access is checked on every call.
Can I see who has two-step verification?
Yes. Owners and admins see “2-step on” or “2-step off” next to each member.
