Records
Build tables of typed fields with linked records, formulas and grid, board, calendar, gallery, timeline or form views. Start from a template or a CSV.
A database app for individuals and teams. Build tables with real field types, link them together and look at the same data in several views, starting from a template or a CSV. It is in early development.
Where do I open Records?
Open Records at https://records.nubosuite.tech or from the Apps tab in Nubo Home. You sign in once with your Nubo account for every app; see Create an account and sign in.
What can Records do?
- 27 field types. Text, select, date, currency, rating, barcode, formula and more.
- Linked records. Two-way links with lookups, rollups and counts.
- Seven views. Grid, kanban, calendar, gallery, timeline, list and form.
- Templates and CSV. Start from a ready base or import a file.
Link tables instead of copying data
Link a task to a project and the task shows up on the project. Lookups, rollups and counts read through those links, so totals stay current.
Same records, the view you need
Each view keeps its own filters, sorts, hidden fields and colours. Switch between a grid, a kanban board, a calendar or a timeline without duplicating anything.
Calculate with a spreadsheet-style language
84 functions cover logic, numbers, text, dates and working days. Fields are referenced by name, and renaming one does not break a formula.
What else is in Records?
- Smooth at scale. The grid is painted on a canvas so it stays responsive with 100,000 records.
- Paste from sheets. Copy cells in and out of spreadsheets; new records and options are added as needed.
- Forms. Build a form, then fill it in to add records.
- Undo everything. Undo and redo cover every change, including deleted fields and tables.
- Record history. Comments, who created a record, and recent changes with old and new values.
- Backups. Download a base as a JSON backup, or any view as CSV.

Is Records ready for important data?
Records is in early development. Download a backup from the base menu regularly.
What templates are included?
Project tracker, content calendar, sales pipeline, inventory, event planning and bug tracker.
Can I bring in a CSV?
Yes. Import CSV or TSV as a new base, a new table or extra records, with type detection and a preview first.
