Where do I open Shifts?
Open Shifts at https://shifts.nubosuite.tech or from the Apps tab in Nubo Home. You sign in once with your Nubo account for every app; see Create an account and sign in.
What can Shifts do?
- Week grid. Employees by days, with open shifts and conflict warnings.
- Swap requests. Request, review and approve, with the shift reassigned for you.
- Attendance. Mark present, late or absent and export a CSV timesheet.
- Works offline. Install it and edits sync when you are back online.
See who is working and where the gaps are
Per-person colors, availability shading and an open-shift row make the week readable. Overnight shifts wrap past midnight, and the grid becomes a day list on phones.
Set minimums and watch the cost
Require a headcount per role and weekday, cap weekly hours, and compare projected cost with a weekly labor budget. Warnings show up while you assign, not after.
Publish the week, print the week
Share a read-only weekly snapshot by public link and revoke it any time. A landscape print layout puts the grid on paper for the back room.
What else is in Shifts?
- Time off. Date-range entries override a person’s usual weekly availability.
- Working-time limits. Optional rules for rest between shifts, daily hours and days in a row.
- Employee pages. Hours against target, upcoming shifts, lateness and time off for one person.
- Reports. Hours scheduled and worked, pay per person and cost per role for any date range.
- CSV import. Bring a team or a rota in from a spreadsheet, with columns matched for you.
- Restore points. Ten automatic snapshots kept in your Nubo files.

Common questions about Shifts
Can staff request shift swaps?
Yes. A swap goes through request, review and approval, and is checked against conflicts, availability, time off and hour limits.
Can I get a timesheet for payroll?
Yes. Attendance records export as a CSV timesheet, with pay-period presets for the date range.
Can I start with sample data?
Yes. The first-run screen offers sample data, a guided start or neither.
