Inventory control for shops and small warehouses. Track products, stock by location and a full movement log, scan barcodes, get warned before you run out and turn low-stock alerts into supplier orders.
Where do I open Inventory?
Open Inventory at https://inventory.nubosuite.tech or from the Apps tab in Nubo Home. You sign in once with your Nubo account for every app; see Create an account and sign in.
What can Inventory do?
- Multiple locations. Stock, transfers and shelf codes per place.
- Barcode scanning. USB or Bluetooth scanner, phone camera, or typing.
- Low-stock alerts. Per-product thresholds and a badge in the navigation.
- Supplier orders. Reorder sheets grouped by supplier.
Every change on the record
Receive, remove, recount and move stock. Each change lands in an activity log with what a receipt paid or a sale took in.
Order before you run out
See days of cover from real demand, filter for items running out soon and accept suggested reorder points. Reorder lines are grouped by supplier and ordered by urgency.
Stocktakes with a paper trail
Every committed count is kept with units over and short and variance at cost, openable, printable and exportable.
What else is in Inventory?
- Kits. Build one product from others, or sell it as a kit that takes components out.
- Variants. One product in several sizes or colours, totalled as one line.
- Lots in FEFO order. First-expiring lots shown first on a product page.
- Take out basket. Scan through a day’s sales or a job’s materials and commit once.
- Reports. Stock value, top movers, dead stock, gross profit and margins.
- CSV import. Match by SKU to update, add to stock or skip.

Common questions about Inventory
Can I import my product list?
Yes. CSV import detects columns, including bins and per-location stock, and exports re-import cleanly.
Can I undo a mistake?
Deletes can be undone, and automatic snapshots are taken before anything destructive. You can also download a full backup.
Does it connect to the till automatically?
Sales from Point of sale post to stock, and they arrive the next time you open Inventory.
