Where do I open Assets?
Open Assets at https://assets.nubosuite.tech or from the Apps tab in Nubo Home. You sign in once with your Nubo account for every app; see Create an account and sign in.
What can Assets do?
- QR labels. Print a label, scan it from the app and land on the asset.
- Check-out and return. Assign to a person with a return date and a condition note.
- Depreciation. Straight-line book value from price, date and useful life.
- Works offline. Run a stocktake in a stockroom with no signal.
Search, filter and edit in bulk
Find items by serial, model, location, assignee, tag or custom field. Select many and assign, retire, tag, print labels or export in one pass.
Hand items over with a paper trail
Check out with a return date, record good, fair or damaged with photos, and reserve gear ahead of time. Print handover forms with signature lines.
Stay ahead of warranties and servicing
Log repairs with cost, set repeating service schedules, and add return, warranty or service dates to your calendar as an .ics file.
What else is in Assets?
- Sets. Link a dock or charger so it is issued and returned with its laptop.
- Supplies. Track consumables by quantity with a low-stock level.
- Spreadsheet round trip. Export, fix 200 locations in a spreadsheet, import to update.
- Duplicate warnings. A serial number already in use is flagged as you type.
- Cost reports. Spend over time by category and location, including maintenance.
- Daily backups. A full backup with attachments is written to your Nubo storage.

Common questions about Assets
Can I import my existing list?
Yes. A CSV wizard maps columns automatically, validates each row and creates categories and custom fields as needed.
What if I delete something by mistake?
Deleted items go to a 30-day trash with undo.
Which currency is used?
You choose the display currency in settings. It defaults to your browser’s region.
