Contacts, calendars and business data
Import contacts from vCard, calendars from .ics or JSON, and records from CSV into Nubo apps, and export them again.
Import contacts as a vCard (.vcf) file in Contacts, calendars as an iCalendar (.ics) file or a JSON backup in Calendar, and business records as CSV in the app that holds them. Check each app page for what it accepts.
How do I import contacts?
Export a .vcf file from your old address book and import it in Contacts. Contacts exports vCard too.
How do I import a calendar?
Export an .ics file from your old calendar and import it in Calendar. Calendar can also back up everything to .ics or JSON.
How do I import business data?
- CRM: custom fields export as their own CSV columns and import back by name. See CRM.
- Inventory: CSV import detects columns, including bins and per-location stock, and exports re-import cleanly. See Inventory.
- Invoices: import a CSV, map the columns and review what will be created or skipped before anything is written. See Invoices.
- Accounting: bank statements as CSV or OFX (including QFX and QBO files); customers, vendors, products and services import and export as CSV. See Accounting.
- Expenses: import a statement CSV and match charges. See Expenses.
- Sheets: pull in a CSV from the web with
IMPORTDATA. See Sheets.
