Where do I open Cap table?
Open Cap table at https://captable.nubosuite.tech or from the Apps tab in Nubo Home. You sign in once with your Nubo account for every app; see Create an account and sign in.

- Round modelling. Pre-money, new money, pool top-up and SAFE conversion.

Share certificates, ISO and NSO grants, RSUs, warrants and notes, with vesting, exercise, cancellation, transfer and repurchase. The ISO limit and 83(b) filings are checked.
